I noticed there is an SVG library however i can't find any documentation about it other than the api reference which doesn't have much detail in it.

What is the purpose of this library? Is it possible to render SVG graphics or is it purely for reading, modifying and writing SVG files?

Our SVG library is an internal code of the Graphics Mill AJAX Vector Objects module. It is not designed to be used separately.

However, if you need to work with vector, I have some good news. We plan to release Graphics Mill 9 in 1-2 month. The main improvement of the new version 9 is a real PDF support. You will be able to work not just with bitmaps, but also with vector data.

It will also include a new drawing engine. It will allow us adding the SVG functionality as well. We plan to release it within this year.

The recent version of Graphics Mill supports reading and writing of the SVG format.
