We have been trying to get a license migration for two days now by sending e-mail to support and we still have nothing.

My questions are:
1) What should we expect normal response time to be to resolve this?
2) Can you please contact robstove at trevoli.com with the proper information?

History:
Monday - contacted support
Tuesday 11am - support asked for IP address, it was provided to support in less than 1 hour
Wednesday - more mail sent to support, no response yet

First of all I am sorry for delay with support.

We have reallocated to new office in the begining of week, that's why we have delayed an answer. The normal response time is less then 24 hours.

P.S. This problem was resolved in private communication yesterday.
