I know how to create a floating image on a bitmap but how do I create several floating image layers simultaneously probably using control array? Thank you.

It is pretty difficult task (at least if to make it fast and memory-friendly :) ). A while ago I tried to write a code sample, but did not make it as good as I wanted. But anyway, you can use it as a "quick start". It also includes functionality allowing you to work with text layers as well. You can download sample from attachments. Please let me know if you meet any problems with it.
