applying effects in layer to the bitmap

Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 8/20/2011(UTC) Posts: 4		I made a small application that take the .PSD file and save some layers from it. the problem is that it save the layers but without applying the effects which was on it "like shadows \|\| color overlay". any help?
