Hi,
We are trying on the Gift Editor and found that due to the multi region support, it's pretty not stable. Where sometime, the region were not loaded correctly and thing will just stop working (Example the Vobject will not shown on layer), we need to keep on postback that page to make things refresh and work. Wondering can we have a sample that "hardcode" the region? Where we only need 1 region, and it's always only load that region?
Please advise....

Hi, Could you provide me with additional information on this problem? Please let me know in which cases objects are not shown. If you need to use one region only, you should: - go to Images/Templates/;
- open Templates.xml file;
- remove unnecessary region;
- set the preferable size of needed region.

We did everything u mentioned above. But it works sometime, and sometime, it do not... Have a look on the attached screen... What we need to do is just do few times of post back, and the possibility to get into the broken view is about 50%-60% (where all the layer object were gone, and the image and text button no longer work) ChingYen attached the following image(s):

Hello Ching-Yen,
Thanks for screen shots.
Could you clarify some information? Please, let me know OS you use, and in what type of browser (with exact version number) does the problem occur?
Looking forward to reply from you. |
