Hi,
I once bought from you the following product:
Graphics Mill 3.x for .NET Developer License
So that was quite an old version (As far as I can remember from 2006). I of course received a license key for that product as well and did my implementations with it.
Right now I need to update a few things in my design but I don't have the files from version 3.x on my PC anymore. Furthermore I couldn't find the installation files from those days. So I tried to download the newest Graphis Mill version (Version 5.5). But I got an error message when trying to start my application which says:
Evaluation time period expired. Please, purchase full version of the product.
So is there a possibility to use the new Graphics Mill with the old license key (or can I update it)? Or is it possible to get the old files (from version 3.x)? I already tried to request a new license key via the internet with your Aurigma License Key Registration Wizard but it failed. Entering the old license key manually in the License Key Registration Wizard for the new files (Version 5.5) didn't work either.
Hopefully somebody from the Aurigma team can help me.
