Hello,

When I try to open a TIFF with JPEG Compression and grayscale, the program generates an error.
The message is: "Method LoadFromFile failed. Image file 'X:\tifffile.tif' is corrupted".

I can open the tiff normally in Kodak Imaging, but not with the internal windows viewer and Microsoft Office Document Imaging.

Ok, if it is not possible to send an example, could you tell at least what software such TIFF was created at?

The TIFF was created by: Visionshape Inc. Compression Software
The compression is: JPEG Original TIFF 6.0

I can view it with Imaging, but not with any other viewer (as far as I know)...

I am seeing a similar issue in my testing. I have sent the .tiff file in questions to you in an e-mail message today. Could you let me know what the problem is that prevents this tiff from being loaded.

Thank you,
Brian
