I just downloaded the trial version but I get thi error:

Evaluation time period has expired. Please, purchase full version of the product.

How can I evaluate the product ?

You can prolong evaluation period using License Key Registration Wizard. How to use it you can read in article How to Evaluate Graphics Mill.
