Hi,

I have purchased a full version of Graphics Mill for .Net 5.0 Pro to use on a 64-bit server machine. My application was working perfectly fine untill last week when it stopped working and logs the following error in the my application log file

Could not load file or assembly 'Aurigma.GraphicsMill version....'. The system cannot find the file specified.

When I deploy a test program to check it can create object of Aurigma.GraphicsMill, it says: Evaluation period has expired. Please purchase a full license.

I am using the correct license key which is stored in the .lic file on the server along with Aurigma.Graphics.dll.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Hello Sanket,

Unfortunately I do not see any production license keys and orders in your account. Could you submit a case and post your production license key there?

I had created a new support case as advised. The case id is CAS-1918.
