We are using the Image Uploader 2.5 and I must say that we are very satisfied with it. But, unfortunately we have one big problem which we don’t know how to handle. The problem is when our customers try to upload files with huge summary size. If time needed for uploading selected files with the currently established connection is greater than the Timeout connection value specified within the IIS, the uploading process last and last and at the end “Some server-side error occurred” or “Connection timeout” or similar message appears and of course the upload failed.

So, I read about new AutoRecoverMaxTriesCount, AutoRecoverTimeOut and FilesPerOnePackageCount properties of the ImageUploader object in the new 3.0 release. Will they help us to solve our problem? Can you suggest how? Maybe the problem will be solved by simply setting the FilesPerOnePackageCount property value to 1.

Waiting for an advice…
