Just wondering is that possible to rearrange thumbnail inside Thumbnail Listview by date or file name?
Please advice.

Hello,
Unfortunately the answer is "no". Because "Thumbnails" view is not intended to have strong correlation between item's position and its index in the internal Items collection.

If I understand this correctly, we have no way of controlling the order of thumbnails in the Thumbnail listview control? Is this right?
Surely it is possible to arrange an array of PIDL objects from which the thumbnail list is filled, and have it "respect" that order?
