Hi, While logging activity on one of our website using Image Uploader 4,7 i see quite a lot of error values to 6 or 13 (i mean progress event status to "ERROR" and value to 6 or 13) these two values are not documented here : http://www.aurigma.com/r...geUploader.Progress.aspx What do they mean ? On the other side, is it possible that when a firewall or proxy on client side, block the file transfer, the error value returned by activex or applet is 2 ? (I saw that the value is most often 0 for 407 response "Proxy Authentication Required") Thanks for your help

Hello, Thanks for a feedback. Description for these codes will be appended into future versions of IU help system. According the source, “undocumented values” have the following meanings: 6 - Max file size exceeded 7 - Max file number exceeded 9 - Image dimensions are too large 10 - Image dimensions are too small 13 - Min file size exceeded Image Uploader transfer files through standard http port (80), so the problem with firewall is improbably. Error code 2 means that server name from Action property is incorrect. You can post here your source code or give me the direct link as a PM, I’ll check it. “Proxy Authentication Required” problem occurs with both version of IU? |

And it happen sometimes as some company firewalls look at stuff like the useragent and don't allow agents issuing request with unusual useragent (like "Image Uploader" for example) Quote:Error code 2 means that server name from Action property is incorrect. But we use your product on several websites and we have thousands daily upload sessions working fine. If the action url given was false, i'm pretty sure we would have been informed earlier. That's why i'm trying to understand why a little pourcentage of our users experience an error code 2... IE is most often the only allowed browser in the kind of companys that have this kind of proxy coercion.
