Problems Installing to IE 7

Rank: Member Groups: Member Joined: 1/28/2008(UTC) Posts: 14		We are getting tons and tons of reports of people having trouble installing to IE 7.0. This is the latest version of the image uploader. I sit there on the phone with them, and run through all the possible problems (anti-virus, firewall, the settings on their browser). I can never find anything wrong. Can you think of ANY reason why the uploader is not installing? They get the pop-up that asks them to install the uploader, they click yes, and then it just doesn't install. This is getting very frustrating. We are wishing we hadn't upgraded.
