How I recolor the layers in a PSD photo shop file.

I don’t need to change the design file or any changes except been apple to change the layer colors and the background tone then save back to the original PSD file? If there is a VB.Net or C# example that would be great. Thank you,

This add-on is intended for information extraction and doesn't allow to save anything into PSD. PS: Just want to help you. Try to find PSD specfication and parse input file manually. I think that it will be possible to do this without a lot of trouble in your case.
