AccessViolationException when attempting to load a PDF that contains a blank page

So, the title pretty much says it all. I'm encountering an AccessViolationException when I try to load any pdf file that contains a blank page. No other action is required, just load the file with a PdfReader.
Has anybody else had this issue or know of any workarounds?

Sure, I've attached one that gives this exception  test-pdf.zip (16kb) downloaded 4 time(s)..

We confirm the problem (BUG #435) and will fix it within the next 4 weeks.

I came across one other issue and I'm not sure if it's a bug or not. Recently I upgraded from version 9.3.23 to version 9.3.37 and it seems like PSD layer blend modes are no longer respected when merging layers according to the "Modify and Merge" sample on this page https://www.graphicsmill.com/sam.../modify-and-merge-layers. On version 9.3.23 the multiply layer blend mode for example would be blended correctly when drawn, however now (9.3.37) it appears that it is merely rendered on top. I can confirm that both versions product the correct output when using PsdReader.MergeLayers but that doesn't provide the opportunity to modify the PSD before output. Thanks in advance for your help.
