Greetings, I've searched through the forums and tried to find a similar problem, and was unsuccesful. I've recently purchased ImageUploader for our school, and we're trying to get it implemented. I've used the demo version, and was fine in getting that working, although it was on a personal server. Since we've purchased this, I can't get it to work in Firefox. It shows up fine in IE... using the ActiveX, but for some reason the Java bit isn't working. Does anything in particular need to be installed on our server? IIS6 is what we're cookin' on over here. Thanks for your help, Aaron Dewald

Fantastic: * What is the version of Image Uploader? The most current version, bought it yesterday (I don't know the number off-hand.) * Which OS were you using, when the problem occurred? I'm on a Mac, but this problem seems to occur on Windows too (with Firefox) * Which browser were you using? Firefox, IE, Safari * Was the problem reproducible? On which machines you were able to reproduce it? Sure was. As I said, it won't work in Firefox or Safari in any version for some reason. * Does Image Uploader still work when you try our samples (both online and local)? It works with your example online, yes. In fact, the demo version I was running on an external, unrelated server works fine also. We're running IIS6 as a web server. Need anything else? I'll try to post some screenshots and everything Aaron

Thanks! Actually, the problem ended up being I specified a filename for the Java thing. You can see in my code I put in a /ImageUploader2.jar Can't do that! :D Thanks again! Aaron
