Hi!

just wondering if anyone could explain to me what this error actually means

Code:
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: format

This error appears on a site that has been cloned 1:1 from another working site..

could anyone please explain what is wrong here ?

Hello Kenneth,

It is known issue and it is resolved in Graphics Mill 4.0 for .NET. To resolve this issue in your version you should specify sufficient permissions for BitmapViewer cache folders as it is described in the artice "Image Cache Management".
