Hello San,

I answer this question instead of Alex.

Graphics Mill for .NET supports two methods of red-eye removal:
  • Semi-autimatic, you select region of face and apply transformation. It finds eyes and removes red-eye effect;
  • Manual, you select region of face and select the point where an eye is placed, then you apply transformation. You can read more information about this method in the articel "Manual Red-Eye Removal".
