Temp Folder Errors

We're experiencing an erratic error when we try to get a Bitmap. Here's our code:

using (Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap oImage = new Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap(poImageStream))

And here's the error we're receiving in our error logs. This is with almost no traffic on our site.

It's erratic so we don't think it's a permissions problem. Do you guys have any thoughts on what might cause this?

We're using a DLL you sent us on 12/14/2007.
