Hi Aurigma,

We're experiencing an erratic error when we try to get a Bitmap. Here's our code:

Code:
using (Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap oImage = new Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap(poImageStream))

And here's the error we're receiving in our error logs. This is with almost no traffic on our site.

Error Log: ; Source: Aurigma.GraphicsMill ; Description: Unable to copy 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ICM779C.tmp' file to 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ICM779B.tmp' file. ; Stack: at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Thread.FireStoppedEvent(Object object, ErrorEventArgs args) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Thread.TimerEventProcessor() at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Thread.ChangeActivityStatus(ActivityStatus status) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Thread.EntryPoint() at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Thread.Start() at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Codecs.FormatReader._FrameLoadBitmap(Frame frame) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Codecs.Frame._GetBitmap(Bitmap bitmap) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Codecs.Frame.GetBitmap(Bitmap bitmap) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap.Load(Stream stream) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap._Load(Stream stream) at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap..ctor(Stream stream) at CoStar.AttachmentUtils.BLAurigmaAttachmentUtils.GetCoStarImage(MemoryStream poImageStream, Int32 piWidthPixels, Int32 piHeightPixels, PrintQuality pePrintQuality, Boolean pbShowWaterMark, AttachmentSize peAttachmentSize) at CoStar.AttachmentUtils.BLAurigmaAttachmentUtils.GetCoStarImageFromPath(CoStarAurigmaImage& poCoStarImage, String psPath, Int32 piWidth, Int32 piHeight, PrintQuality pePrintQuality, Boolean pbShowWatermark, Boolean pbShowNoPhotoImage, AttachmentSize peAttachmentSize)

It's erratic so we don't think it's a permissions problem. Do you guys have any thoughts on what might cause this?

We're using a DLL you sent us on 12/14/2007.

Thx, Joel

Hi Joel,

Please, try to download the latest version of the Graphics Mill for .NET from our site. It is known issue, and if I'm not mistaken, it was fixed in the the Jan 2008.
