When using Image Uploader Java Applet version 4.1 with FireFox 2.0.0.5 we get an error message "Unable to update files in cache.". It comes from Java 6 on client machine (did not happen when Java 5 was installed).
After pressing OK, we succeed to upload files normally.
Is there a workaround for this annoying message?

Thanks

Hello,

You should download the last Image Uploader installation package, install it and get the last version of iuembed.js file from it. The cache bug is fixed there.

Please read also this topic for more info:

Thanks Alex – indeed the fix works.
I tried earlier the new dual 4.5 version but the problem remained.
Probably due to not clearing the browser's cache.
Now I took the fix from iuembed.js of version 4.5 and implemented it in our current (4.1) iuembed.js and the fix works.
