We purchased the Photo Editor several days back. We installed it along with the Licence key as per the directions in the online help.

We are getting the message "This is an evaluation version" across the photo. No matter what we do we are unable to get rid of the message. I sent about 6 message and made 3 phone calls. No one at Aurigma seem to be interested in helping us.

Please help us.

Hi there, i am in the same boat and struggling to get answers at any proper pace.

It sounds as though there is a new version of the PhotoEditor being released next week, I don't know what the upgrade path is like, I hope it's a free upgrade considering I've just bought the software last week.

I have been sent a version of PhotoEditor that works with .net 2.0 which I'm currently struggling to implement.

It worked with a new set of license keys sent by Aurigma.

I hope they upgrade us for free. I id not know that they were coming out with a new version. I would have waited for few days before I bought the tool.
