Hi there

We have just bought a single server licence for GraphicsMill 2.0 and have installed it on our server machine.

Actualy we have installed the evaluation version on our server a week ago. But since the morning today, GraphicsMill stopped working on all the development machines as well as on the server with an exception that reads "Evaluation period expired"..

We have bought a licence, installed the full version on the software again on the server box, registered using the licence key, we have even deleted all the old dlls from the Bin directory and copied them again from "D:\Program Files\Aurigma\Graphics Mill 4.0 for .NET 2.0\Binaries" where its installed

We have also made sure that the refresh files point to the actual location of the dlls such as "D:\Program Files\Aurigma\Graphics Mill 4.0 for .NET 2.0\Binaries\Aurigma.GraphicsMill.dll"

The description of error message is detailed below:

[code]Evaluation time period has expired. Please, purchase full version of the product.<br><br>[DateTime]<br>01/05/2007 17:32:28<br><br>*********** Error Summary<br>Aurigma.GraphicsMill.TrialPeriodTimeException: Evaluation time period has expired. Please, purchase full version of the product.

at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap._ToGdiplusBitmap()

at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap.ToGdiplusBitmap()

at Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap.op_Implicit(Bitmap bitmap)

at AnimationManager.GetFramesFromReader(GifAnimation gifAnimation, String fileName)<br><br>*********** Error [code]

Hope that some body out there could help me resolve this as our applications have stopped working already.

Many thanks in advance..

This issue has also popped up with our product suddenly. We have had Graphics Mill for almost a year now, and all of a sudden we are getting this exception. Please get back to me as hastily as you can.

Thanks,

Brad

Ok, it appears that our testing machine (as opposed to our developement machine) had a trial version installed. This was interferring with our product, even though it was built on another machine. Once we uninstalled Aurigma Graphics Mill from that machine, everything worked fine.

Regards,

Brad
