We are trying to deploy a Windows Forms application on a network share. We get a System.security exception when running the application if we include any GM 3.5 component in our form. If we remove the component, we can run from the share.

Is there a restriction on running applications from a share?

Hello,

Default settings of .NET Framework security policy don't allow to launch assemblies from intranet resources. Please, place assembly on your computer or change security policies.

Sincerely yours,

Dmitry Sevostyanov
