One of our customers is getting an error 99 shortly after they drag files from the top pane to the bottom (3 pane view). He is using Windows XP Pro SP1 on an AMD Athlon 64 with 2GB RAM.
Are there any known issues around this error message or setup? I'm having him update to all of the latest MS patches to see if it helps, but I'm still curious.

Hello,
How does he get this error? Does he get an error message with some text? Could you make him to send any screenshot? |

I have not been able to get more information on the issue from the customer. However, I have another customer with a potentially related issue.
They are using a 64 bit laptop with 1GB RAM running Windows XP. They are very slow to drag and drop between the top and bottom panes. Could this be an issue with either the 64 bit processors or a 64 bit OS?

Hello,
Do your clients encounter the same problem while they are dragging files to or from explorer? |
