[3,5,100,0] Problems with thumbnails posting

I've upgraded to the lastest activex and now I'm not getting thumbnails posted anymore. The request.files["SourceFile_x"] works fine but the request.files["Thumbnail_x"] is returning nothing. Is this a known issue? Code wored with 3,5,75. Thanks!
