I'm having problems in adding a network printer, it does not appear in the Configuration Tool.

Hello,

Photo Kiosk does support network-enabled printers (which have its own Ethernet adapter and IP address), however it does not see shared printers (which is perhaps your case). Attached image illustrating what kind of network printer it supports (when you add a printer on a computer). If your printer is not shared printer, but do have its own IP address (and you add it as illustrated on a screenshot), please let me know.

Our developers was able to fix the problem with shared printers. I have attached a couple of updated binaries. Please unzip it to the Photo Kiosk installation folder (by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Aurigma\Photo Kiosk 7.0) and replace them. It should make kiosk to see shared printers, so launch Configuration Tool and try to add your shared printer on the Printing Photos section.

Ok now it is listed, but the error printing and burn cd.

Hi,

Could you please do following steps.
1. Uninstall your Photo Kiosk;
2. Remove C:\Users\{YOUR USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\Aurigma\PhotoKiosk folder.
3. Install Photo Kiosk.
4. Replace binaries, which attached above.
5. Check working of Photo Kiosk.

I think it should help.

Got it, the problem was the language of my windows, with windows reinstalled in English and everything worked properly.

Hi sir, I was wondering if you could help me please, I run a photo developing business and have recently download a trial version of your Photo Kiosk Program. I have a Noritsu Qss Green 1 Drylab printer and would like to send orders to it and thereafter would the orders to come up on the Noritsu Qss Green Ez controller software by themselves? Could you give me any advice if you software can perform such a function please? Have you dealt with anyone that has a Noritsu Qss Green ?
