Is it possible to change the signature on the ImageUploader so that when a user is prompted to install it, that it would read "This has been signed by [ABC Company]" instead of Aurigma?

From technical point of view to do it you need to have special digital certificate obtained from VeriSign, Thawte, or some other authority. It cost $200-$400 depending on vendor. Refer their sites for more details.

From legal point of view, the default license agreement disallows it. However if you purchase source code you can (and more over, you should) sign Image Uploader with your own certificate.
