We have got finally Image Uploader 3.0 to work on East Asian versions of Windows (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) on both Unicode based (NT, 2000, XP, 2003) and double-byte based (Windows 98) systems. Here is screenshot on Windows 98 Chinese (Simplified):

Great news! We hope to see the 3.0 be released as soon as possible. It delay too long time.
