Hi,

Please can you indicate whether Graphics Mill 5.5 for .NET is fully compatible with Internet Explorer (IE) 10? I have an application that worked ok in IE9 but the canvas viewer fails to work when viewed in IE10 (please see attached). Note the viewer does not extend to width of surrounding element and the image fails to load. Both functions work fine in IE9.

Thanks

Insert the code below on the web form that contains your control.

this goes in the <head> section

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8" />

Let me know if it works.

That code was for an older version of the control. I have version 10 of ie and the newest version works just fine for me.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply - that did the trick! I had a similar line in before but I had commented it out as things worked fine in IE7, 8 and 9.

Hello NormanL,

I am sorry for the long delay.

I recommend you upgrade Graphics Mill to the latest version.

Best regards,
