Hi, I'm wondering if there is a program out there that can enhance my digital images, so they don't look so flat?"

I started editing photos a few months ago. There are several good photo editing programs but I use Image Photo. I find it very useful and well explained. You can download easily from http://www.imagic-photo.com/download.html. You should download and read their tutorials. This should get you on the right path.
Good luck!

Hello,

You can easily implement functionality which is presented by Image Photo using Graphics Mill for .NET. I don't describe the matter of their algorithm here because it is not right to publish it in public resources.
