Hi,
How could I create a layer from PSD which is always on top of the layer collection? How can I change the layer sequence server side?
I managed to load the PSD, but when I load image afterwards that one will be on top.
Please give me some pointer or code snippet.

Hi Dmitry, We are challenged to replace a Flash application on www.wheelchairgadgets.com, where users can design their own spoke protector for wheelchairs. The app can be reached through the following link: http://www.wheelchairgad...d&f=tie-wrap&p=8We use code from your Business Card Designer app (PSDloader) for this. We load the template from a PSD file where the applicable layers are loaded from the parameter settings. The problem that I face at this stage is the following: When I open the app the template is loaded on layer[0]. When I load an image or create a text layer this becomes layer[1]. After this the templatelayer should be on top of the layer collection because it is used as a mask. What would be the best way to set the templatelayer to be always on top of the layer collection? I can think of: Use AJAx to re-order layer collection and then reDraw---use template as a real mask What would be your suggestion to do this? Any code available? Thanks very much for your time. Hello, I recommend you to use the Insert() method to add layers to the canvas instead of Add() method. The Insert() method allows set an index of an added layer. |
