Hello, When you load an image to bitmap and handle it, this image is loaded to the memory. So, the image 4000x4000 (24RGB) loaded to the bitmap, takes 4000*4000*3 = 45 Mb of memory. If an image is larger or you load several images at once, it can take much more memory. In the case if you use 32-bit system, you can use only 2Gb of memory for your applications. Sometimes, this memory is not enough to handle loaded images and run other applications. Thus you get the “Unable to commit memory” error. To resolve the problem, you need to use 64-bit system with 64-bit Graphics Mill. |
