Hi to all!
i'm just writing this post to ask if it is already planned a new update to Graphics Mill on the near future. I mean the last update is quite old and i would like to know if GraphMill is an active project or not for Aurigma Team.

Thanks.

Most changes relate to the Ajax Vector Objects improvements, all the rest are bug fixes.

Would you like some specific features to be added?

Hi,

Please read How to Use Vector Objects topic, Opening and Saving files section.

You can save your vector objects into DAT file. For this serializetion is required, please read about Serialize and Deserialize methods also.

Hi,

Thank you for the idea.
Could you please describe the desired functionality in more details so I could pass your request to our developers?

Pur idea is to extend the jpeg 2000 format as required to image stream server like: http://help.oldmapsonline.org/jpeg2000/
You can see the kakadu example where a multi level jpeg is generate to speed up the viewer on internet: QualityLayers, ResolutionLevels, and Precincts/Tiles.

Hello Arrigo,
Quote:
any news about updates and new version?

Our engineers are working on new release. However, it will be delayed.
Quote:
what about the jpg2000 support?

Unfortunately, the next release of Graphics Mill will not support jpeg2000 anymore. Our researching showed that the current free version of the library which we use for jpeg2000 is unstable.
