www.customphoto.com.au/printlabWhen placing an order now, nothing gets uploaded. the script runs, you get a upload progress, and added to cart. however no image is uploaded at all to either orders or upload folders. order can be placed with images, but nothing has been uploaded to server at all. the photo_files and sub-folders folders are all CHMOD 755. have tried recreating folders, no change. any suggestions? thanks, Nathan Edited by user Thursday, April 14, 2011 7:37:22 PM(UTC)

Hello Nathan, Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the problem you described. I checked your link in Chrome and Internet Explorer, and made tests uploading images. I got my uploaded images in cart. I tested it with Fiddler and did not note any problems. Please check \photo_files\upload on your server folder where uploaded files should be located. |

Dmitry,
There's nothing there at all in either folder, and still doing nothing for me, no thumbnail appearing in the shopping cart still.

No no. Your page has "Down for Maintenance ..." now, and I cannot open Photo Order to test it now. I need to get access to Photo Order site :) Sorry for the misunderstanding. |

yes and no, i'm still very concerned at having public folders at 777 as it can open me up for server attacks.

Nathan,
755 means that owner of the folder has access to write. I assume you experience this problem since owner under which PHP is running is not the same one of upload/ folder. Please check it, and set the same owner for PHP and upload/ folder. Then please let me now about your results. |
