We'd like to remove the Orientation section from the interface (and just leave it set to the default). Is there a way to customize to remove both the heading and the buttons relating to Orientation, just leaving the Crop formats and apply/cancel buttons?

Thank you!

Hello Karen,

In attachment you can find new Aurigma.PhotoEditor.dll and CropEffect.js scripts. Replace your current .dll with new one, also replace CropEffect.js which is located here:
PhotoEditorSample/PhotoEditor/Scripts/Effects/CropEffect.js
File Attachment(s):
PhotoEditor.zip (32kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

I'd like to be able to have two different photoeditors on my site. Both will only allow 4x6 ratio crop and will not show the 5x7 crop. One will only allow landscape and the other will only allow portrait.

I appreciate that you replied to Karen below the next day with new code for her to use and if you could do that for me as well, that would be great!

I do have a question though. Why do you have to give us new dlls? Why can't these features be properties that we can just set ourselves? It seems like that would save you the work. Just a suggestion.

Thanks again,
Dru

Hello Dru,

Thanks for your suggestion.

Now you have opportunity to get all source files of Photo Editor and change the user interface yourself. You can read detailed information on it in the Photo Editor Community Project article.
As for crop buttons and format buttons - you should change EffectList.xml file. You need to change code to remove unnecessary buttons. If you want to use one Photo Editor with album format only, you should remain size 4x6. For another Photo Editor with portrait format you need to set default size to 6x4.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any problems with it.
Best regards,
