Hi i have two questions: 1- Is possible create example a layer0 image no move no resize but always top other image i will adding with possibile of resize move ecc ecc 2- show ruler in multilayer misures" cm. pixel. mm ecc ecc? thank you Maurizio

Put some object to the top layer (this object will be always on top). Switch to the bottom layer and make it current. Now all the objects will be added under the top layer.
