I am new to creating applications and was wondering if I caould create a desktop app that would allow my users to install the app, give users the ability to browse for images and then upload them to a dynamically created folder on web server here.

Hello Jeff,
Graphics Mill for .NET provides you with the ability to load, transform and save images. But, unfotunately, this product doesn't provide you with the solution for files upload. |
