We are currently running the Image Uploader Embedding Script Version dated August 21, 2006 and it works fine in Firefox. However in IE the Image uploader prints the instructions:

Image Uploader ActiveX control is necessary to upload your files quickly and easily. You will be able to select multiple images in user-friendly interface instead of clumsy input fields with Browse button. Installation will take up to few minutes, please be patient. To install Image Uploader, please reload page and select "Yes" button when you will see control installation dialog,

but doesn't prompt any installations. At one point I received an expired certificate dialog box but can't seem to replicate it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been putting some alerts into the iuembed.js file and noticed the code stops right after the Event handlers section in line 230ish.

If it helps at all we moved our uploader from www.oursite.com/clientsideuploader.asp to a new server and domain of uploads.oursite.com/clientsideuploader.asp about two months ago. Coincidentally about the same time it broke.

I included an image attached to show exactly where the image uploader is getting stuck.
