Post to separate subfolders within domain?

I'd like to know: How difficult is it to set the target subfolder at the server on which you'd like to upload photos? Does this have to be done via mod to javascript or ASP or is it part of the application's GUI? I'll be uploading to several different folders all the time so I'd like to not have to set code for each session. Also I recommend you to read Helper Scripts for Image Uploader post. Here you can find code snippets about target subfolders.
