Need status on support issue -- no email replies

Hello, As I've discussed via email, I have clients who are unable to use the Image Uploader specifically with FireFox on the Mac. We've had them install the plugins, as Julia Karpova suggested, and we provided the Java Console output. We provided that output on 3/30, but have yet to receive a reply. I sent an email to Julia and the support team on 4/8 requesting any updates on the situation, but have been totally ignored. We have clients who need this problem addressed and thus, I need a response from someone!
Please update me as to what the current status is! |

Hello Robert, Thanks for follow up. I had a talk with Julia and she told that she did not receive any messages from you since January. So it is possible it was blocked by some email filters or something like this. Please resend your messages again and CC them to [email removed] and my alternative hotmail address [email removed]. Andrew, I don't know how Julia can say that she hasn't received any emails from me since January, since as the forwarded thread will show, I have replies from her in March. I've re-forwarded the email (sent from my sheddtech.com address) to Julia Karpova [email removed], [email removed] and [email removed]. I look forward to your reply.
