Hello,

I'm using Aurigma Upload Suite 8.0.26 on Windows 7, and now Chrome Version 32.0.1700.76 says it is not supported.

Is there a known issue about this? or is there a way it can be fix ?

I've tried the live demo on the website and it works. But here i have several reports that the uploader is not supported.

thanks,

Jaime Garcia.

Are you talking about HTML5/Flash or ActiveX/Java? If latter, there is a known problem with the latest Java update.

As for the HTML5/Flash, the first thing you should try is to update to the latest version 8.0.60. The version 8.0.26 was released quite long time ago (in the end of 2012), so it may have some problems with latest browsers.

Thanks Andrew,

I did upgrade to version 8.0.60 but I still get the message that HTML5 is not supported in Chrome.

As a workaround I indicate the control to use Flash, and its working that way.

Thanks,

Jaime Garcia.

I have reproduced the problem and we received few other reports of this problem. I believe we will fix it in the nearest update.

Thanks!

Hi Jaime,

This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.0.66 version:
