Note to webmaster - Please write me back - I've sent multiple emails! All I want to do is cancel my order. I really like your product, but this whole "not getting the software" thing makes me want to choose a different company to do business with. I was charged 149.00 yesterday and was sent an email stating I would receive my software "within 24 hours" It has now been well over 24 hours and I still have not received word. I have sent three emails to the author but still have received no response. This has never happened to me before - I have never been swindled on the internet until today! I even tried to cancel my order, but it's too late. The charge went through so now (since the author is unreachable) all I can do is contest the charge or take him to court!? Ridiculous.

The problem was solved in private communication. The order delay was due using free email address which required us additional time for order verification. |
