URGENT! Couldn't recognize the file type.

This use to work fine for at least a year, and now this new problem has occured on this line:
objInfoRetriever.RetrieveInfo("myVideo.mov")
Here's the error:
Can't read information from file: myVideo.mov Couldn't recognize the file type."
What can cause this error?
Thanx for any input.
