Customising the EnableRotate icon

That is currently you have a arrow in a circle on either side of the photo. I'm finding that users don't really understand what that is unless they click on it and I would like to add my own custom icon to make it more obvious. Is this possible? If so where about is this icon currently stored so we can replace it. Thanks S
