Is there any option to compress images during upload or how can I compress high quality images during upload without loosing its quality?

The only way to compress JPEG images is to resize them. In other words, if the user selects 5000x5000 image, you can "compress" it by resizing to, say, 2000x2000 (if you don't need the hi-res version).

There is no other way to compress JPEG files exists - JPEG itself is already compressed.

If resizing is fine, yes, you can do it. See this article for more details:
