The Image Uploader ActiveX control (newest version) seems to crash Internet Explorer whenever there is a multi-page TIFF file in the directory. When the user navigates to a directory that contains such a multi-page TIFF, in thumbnail view, IE completely disappears and/or gives an OS memory access violation error. Normal (single-page) TIFF files work OK.

Is this a known problem in the Image Uploader, or is there a way to avoid this?

Hello,

No, it is not known problem. Image Uploader shares image loading code with Graphics Mill imaging component, which has very comprehensive multi-page TIFF support. Could you send us problem TIFF in order we checked it?

Thank you.
