Hi guys... When my client is browsing through folders using the ActiveX control (latest version), it will unexpectedly either: 1. Close Internet Explorer without any error message, (most often this is the problem) or 2. Produce a "memory cannot be read" error and crash IE. The software works 95% of the time. I don't know if this helps, but sometimes there is a long delay when the user selected a new folder. We can reproduce the error at anytime. Are there any limitations with filename / directory name lengths? Any advise?

What OS and browser do you use? Does it have place with specific pictures? I don't know if this helps, but sometimes there is a long delay when the user selected a new folder. I don't think that it is connected. Please read the following article about the reason of delay: http://www.aurigma.com/go?id=58 |
