Description:

Sometimes Windows users who have Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 installed may experience problems with Java applets.

Solution:

There are two methods how to solve this problem:

  1. Disable http and https ports monitoring;

  2. Install the patch_pf102.exe as explained on Kaspersky Knowledge Base.

Find a detailed description of both issues on the Kaspersky support site:

http://support.kaspersky.com/9931

NOTE: Kaspersky promised to include this patch in their updates in the near future. Check out their website to find out whether the problem has been fixed.
