Error at end of upload for larger files, small files ok?

We just implemented the latest version 8, we have been using 6.5 for a long time. It seems we can upload smaller file(s) just fine. But larger files return this error Aurigma Upload Suite encountered some problems, if you see this message contact webmaster. Are there some default settings that limit file size? It seems to be a problem over about 26-28MB. Doesn't matter if it is one 28MB file or 10 files that have a total size of 28MB. This is happening in IE9 and IE10 using the ActiveX control and Safari on a mac. Our HTML version of the upload page in IE10 works fine large file(s). Thanks for any input. Hello gglenn, It seems you have irregular problem. Please create a new support case here: http://www.aurigma.com/MyAurigma/CreateCase.aspx Also, please send us a link to the page where I can reproduce the problem (as well as login/password if any required). If this page is not available for me, post in case a code of this page (including the Upload Suite settings and all accompanying JavaScript if any). |
