The product specs state you can get frame from both PDF and ASF. I am unable to do either.... Can someone help? -Craig

I believe you mean Media Processor rather than Graphics Processor. PDF is not supported with Media Processor, and I did not found any mention about ability to read it. ASF can be read. It requires the latest DirectX to be installed.
